  1. Pick a product, add it to your cart, and fill in your info.
  2. Confirm, we’ll send you a confirmation email. That’s when the contract kicks in.
  3. Need an invoice? Sure, it lands in your inbox automatically.
  4. Creating an account is optional, but convenient.

5. Prices & Payment, no surprises

  1. All prices include VAT and are shown in euros.
  2. Delivery costs are displayed before you finalize the order.
  3. Payment methods vary by country. We support:
  • Belgium: Bancontact, cards, PayPal
  • Netherlands: iDEAL, cards, PayPal
  • Germany: SEPA, cards, PayPal
  • France: Carte Bancaire, cards, PayPal
  • Everywhere: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna

6. Delivery, fast and transparent

  1. We deliver within the EU (sorry, no non-EU countries).
  2. Delivery time? Usually 2–7 business days.
  3. If something’s out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer a refund or alternative.

7. Returns, no stress

  1. You’ve got 14 days to return a product, no explanation needed.
  2. Condition: product must be unopened and unused.
  3. You cover return shipping costs.
  4. If you return the full order, we’ll also refund the cost of the cheapest delivery option.

8. Complaints, if something went wrong

  1. Damaged or incorrect product? Let us know via the complaint form.
  2. We respond within 14 days, usually faster.
  3. If the complaint is valid, we’ll replace the product or refund you.

10. Loyalty points, how to earn and save

  1. For every 10 EUR spent, you earn points.
  2. You can redeem them for discounts.
  3. They don’t combine with ongoing promotions.

11. Responsibility, keeping it real

  1. We’re not responsible for how you use the product – always read the description and instructions.
  2. Natural products may vary in color or smell – that’s normal and doesn’t affect quality.

12. What if there’s a dispute?

  2. Belgian law applies.

13. Products without Belgian NUT number

Some products in our store don’t have a Belgian NUT / FAVV number.
These products are available only as personal imports.
That means:

  1. They’re sold to private customers only.
  2. They’re meant for personal use.
  3. They’re not sold for resale or commercial distribution.

We don’t place these products on the Belgian market as notified food supplements.
