Return Policy
Sometimes a product just isn’t what you expected – and that’s okay. You have 14 days to return it, and we’ll make the process as smooth as possible.
What can be returned?
- The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging. Seals, safety foils and inner packaging must be intact.
- It must not show any signs of use.
- If your item arrived damaged, please follow our claims procedure instead (see our Claims Policy).
How to return a product:
- Fill out the return form before sending the product back.
- Once we approve your request, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
- Send the package to the address we provide.
- As soon as we receive the product and everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days, usually faster.
Who covers return shipping?
- You pay for the return shipping.
- If you’re returning the full order, we’ll also refund the cost of the cheapest available delivery option offered at checkout. (e.g. economy parcel locker or pickup point).
- If you’re returning only part of the order, we’ll refund the value of the returned products, but not the delivery fee.
When will I get my money back?
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive your return.
- The money will be sent to the same account or payment method you used when placing your order.
What can’t be returned?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can’t accept returns of:
- Food products or supplements if the packaging has been opened.
- Used products or items with damaged packaging.
