1. Who collects your data?

We, tlhealth&nature operate the store, with Thick Line BV as the legal entity and data controller.

We don’t have a battalion of lawyers and we definitely don’t sell your data.
We only process what’s really necessary to let you shop in peace.

2. What data do we collect and why?

Only the essentials:
• to process your order (name, address, email, phone number),
• to issue your invoice,
• to contact you about your order,
• to handle returns and complaints,
• to analyse how the site works (what gets clicked, what doesn’t),
• to improve our offer (because we want to do better).

We don’t need your national ID, birth date, or your cat’s name. Seriously.

P.S.: If you do share your birth date, completely voluntarily, we might surprise you with a few extra loyalty points on your birthday. Your call!

3. Whose data do we process?

Only from people who:
• place an order,
• sign up for our newsletter,
• contact us via the form.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We only work with trusted partners:
• delivery companies (to get your order to you),
• payment providers (to process your payment),
• hosting provider (so the shop stays online),
• analytics tools (like Google Analytics).

We never sell your data. Ever.

5. What are your rights?

You have the right to:
• access your data,
• correct your data,
• request deletion,
• limit how we process it,
• transfer your data elsewhere,
• file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Belgium: Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

6. How long do we keep your data?

• Order data: 7 years (tax law).
• Contact data: until the matter is closed.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

We don’t keep stuff forever.

We use cookies because otherwise the site wouldn’t work properly.
There are also analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), marketing cookies (e.g. Google/Facebook remarketing), and functional cookies (e.g. remembering your cart).
